Project 52 - Week 11 - Motion

I have been mega slack this week, i think it's just that the Theme is ... well.... a little boring! But I took the camera along to a PCYC Punch Fit work out tonight and got the 'Instructors' working for a change ;P (They will make me pay for that comment) In push-ups, i reckon!

Anyway... I "Froze" the Motion of Stacy's punch hitting Jodie's pad! It works for me! LOL...
