End of Year Wrap up!

And what a hectic one it was...... But never the less, here are a few images that i haven't blogged but wanted to.




Lucie turned 1 and she wasn't very well for her party but she still opened some presents and got to have some cake ;p



Lilli finished up her Gymnastics for the year!

As you all know, our Nan hasn't been very well lately... so we took Christmas to her this year. She probably just wanted to kick us out ;P (Mega Snapshots)

One Brave Little Boy!

Since my Nephew, Lucas was born in May 2007... He's had a 'Boy' Issue and has just recently under-gone his 3rd and hopefully last operation for the same problem. He has had 1 operation each year since he was 2! Very brave little man. The first 2 attempts were here in Gladstone and although the surgeon was great and did everything he could, this was the first time he has ever seen this same problem re-occur more then once. So he chose to send Lucas to one of Brisbane's best pediatrician's. I went with Lucas, his Mummy and little Sister to Brisbane for his appointment and Day surgery.....

It was Lucie's first trip in an Aeroplane, She did so well.


The same day we landed... after a few issues (wrong hospital, No record of Lucas' op) we were off to see the Dr. for his consultation. But not without Wags! Lucas' security toy since he was a wee little bubba!







Lotso was a resident at the Medical Centre. My goodness.... he was so big. Lucas looked small sitting next to him!


So all booked in for his op the next day.....

And then the tears started... More from Mummy i think :P And the waiting game begins. Not too long and news that Lucas did really well and is in recovery waiting to wake up.


Operation went well and things are looking as tho they have worked 3rd time round. Fingers crossed they'll stay that way!

Holidays! Blog post #3 The 'Holiday' begins ;P

So after visiting the 'In-Laws' we headed to Townsville for some fun activities. This post is about where we stayed...

Seagulls Resort. It's was so nice and quiet.


The massive pool had a rock water fall, bridge and garden in the middle of it. One side of the pool was shallow enough for Lilli to touch and walk around. The other side was deep enough that i was almost under the water when standing in the middle.




The gardens were beautiful, there was also a tennis court and a kids playground.


The staff at the resturant/bar even made Lilli her very own 'Mocktail' with Strawberry and umbrella ;P So cocktails by the pool it was...


And..... Meet Andora, the Lady that never leaves Seagulls resturant, always keeping an eye on things ;P Adam took a pic with his iPhone and sent it to Mama 'We've found your Twin Sister' He's a little cheeky!

Holidays! Blog post #2 KEEPIN COOL!

In the North! It was Hot, Hot, Hot while we were on Holiday! So we spent a fair bit of time trying to cool down..... This post is all about 'Keepin Cool'

Holidays! Blog post #1

Not sure how many 'Holiday' blog post's there will be, but i do have a few (heaps) more to edit and post for you all to see the fun we had on our holiday. Lilli hadn't been up North to 'Daddy's' hometown since she was 11 weeks old. So it was a little exciting for Adam to take her places that he had grown up.



We also checked out a few of the places that had been damaged by Cyclone Yasi....


Lilli met her Cousin's, Amy and Michael. She spent the whole week as Amy's little shadow!! She also had heaps of fun out at their place on the 4 wheeler, having photos with Amy, checking out the cane paddocks and swimming in the pool!




She loved Amy's puppy.... Cherry! And so did Mummy ;P


Happy Birthday to Nanny Gosley....


And a couple of snapshots with Daddy out the back!
